THE COMMUNITY POST
Greetings! I am so excited to meet you and to introduce you to the COMMUNITY – our little church experience that is being built and adjusted to meet the needs of all residents of Sheridan Parkside. Our mission is to bring DIGNITY. VALUE. JOY. into all lives in the SP community.
Certainly we hope to do this by introducing you to the grace, love and joy of Jesus Christ. He always dignified and valued every person he came into contact with. And it is our desire to replicate that – not just from a pastor or leader, but we hope to replicate that person to person throughout the entire COMMUNITY.
And we call ourselves the COMMUNITY because we first and foremost fellowship and serve in the name of Jesus. We believe that each person will encounter Jesus the best when we each live out our lives in the Love, Joy and Peace that He calls us to. And it is our greatest joy to live this out together day by day in COMMUNITY.
We are very pleased to worship with you each Sunday at 4:00 p.m.
But if you are more comfortable having more personal conversations over tea or coffee or if in fact you simply want to join us for a BBQ or a cooking class at the Life Center, we would be so very happy to have you.
We are here for you – to serve you and to listen and to assist in any way we can.
It is a pleasure to meet you and I hope to meet you in person soon.
